Halloween 2021

Halloween is Xlear’s favorite time of the year! We love seeing everyone’s creativity so much that we have started the tradition of a Costume Parade and it is the highlight of the day! This year the Owner and CEO Nate Jones smoked some meat and everyone else contributed to a delicious pot luck lunch. So much fun and yummy food!

Press Day 2021

Xlear recently hosted a Press Day for select members of the media. Our VP of Operations Shad Slaughter always enjoys showing off our neat equipment and the amazing people who produce our locally-made products. Check out those stylish hair and beard nets!

Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

When Production Technician Greg Robbins earned his Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma, he had this to say:

“I went into the six sigma training wondering how it could apply to my job specifically dealing with machines but a few of my favorite concepts that apply are fishbone diagrams which help you to visualize and find the root cause of a problem, and poka yoke, which means designing a product, or process anticipating the possible challenges or defects to make it easier for the end user to operate! The six sigma program really helped me change my mindset from how can I stay busy, and get through the day to what can I do to add value, and improve my daily responsibilities!”
