Recently Xlear has removed several scientific studies and posted disclaimers on our website and social media. We have done this at the insistence of bad actors at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). We continue to believe the FTC has no legal or scientific authority to censor or prohibit Xlear Inc. from providing you with accurate scientific information. Moreover, the FTC lacks the scientific/medical expertise to evaluate any such data. However, we continue to attempt to work with the FTC to address their unwarranted censorship. Xlear believes that the public has a right to know about competent and reliable science that can help them maintain their health.

It is our belief that everyone has the right to accurate and actionable scientific studies and data. We believe that accurate scientific data and studies are vital in helping individuals make smart and informed health decisions for themselves and their families.
