Welcomed Relief. My doctor recommended the spray and the rinse for chronic post nasal drip and allergies. I used the rinse every morning and some evenings for about a month. I was then able to mostly just use the [Xlear nasal] spray once or twice a day and use the rinse only occasionally. This does not have the side effects of cortisone sprays and works better.

It is suitable for improving [congestion in the] nasal passage. Slightly astringent and therefore not drying. The solution should be prepared with boiled and cooled water. It is best to use a reusable nozzle. Spray several times a day into the nasal passages.

I have been using Xlear Sinus Rinse and [Xlear] Nasal Spray for almost 1 year. I find that it works very well as I use it every night. A little more expensive that the famous brand, but well worth it as it is Drug Free.

I found this Xlear nasal rinse set at local drug store when [I] got under the weather but it had only a few packets for dissolving in water. This pack of 50 powder packets will last us for a bit. We love the effects of nasal rinse when it needs to be done and during periodic very dry weather in winter. Highly recommend.
