Xlear works really well! Opens up my sinuses in just a few minutes. The product is primarily saline solution, but I was concerned about the xylitol. After researching, found it provides moisture and it’s antimicrobial so it prevents infection. It can also be used on infants. Very happy with this product.

Highly recommend. Chronic sinusitis sufferer here. I was suffering from an upper respiratory cold and couldn’t breathe out of my nose for days, [I] had tried so many different nasal sprays and decongestant medications. Nothing seemed to work. Found this at Target and decided to give it a try. Within 15 minutes I could breathe out of one of my nostrils! With regularly use the effects lasted! If you have never tried this stuff, let me tell you[,] you need it. This is the stuff that will make sure you don’t get sick. If you are exposed to anyone sick, use this a few times and you will avoid catching it. It has almost no scent and can be used for any age. It is extremely safe and effective

I’ve been using Neti Pots for years now. A few years ago I heard about Xlear, and their xylitol spray. I looked into it and the benefits are tremendous. I started adding xylitol to my Neti Pot, with great results. The only downside of the Neti Pot is the setup and cleanup. With Xlear, you just spray it, and that’s it. You get a lot of sprays per bottle, and it’s very easy to use (unlike a Neti Pot). It feels refreshing after I spray it. Just make sure you have a Kleenex handy after to stop some drippage and/or to do a light blow as this product really works.…
