Love these cough drops because they work to soothe my cough and are sweetened with xylitol instead of artificial sweeteners. Xylitol has the added benefit of helping to reduce tooth decay, reverse cavity formation. And because it also increases saliva production they relieve my chronic dry mouth.

These are effective and the xylitol makes them teeth-friendly, so you can even use them at night in bed. Good flavor, too. I might slightly prefer the honey lemon to the black cherry.
