How to Use Xlear Natural Nasal Rinse:

Lean your head forward and close off the nasal passage by pressing your finger against one side of your nose. Close your mouth and give the bottle a quick, firm squeeze, inhaling deeply to pull the mist into the sinus cavities. Do this once for each nostril.

Xlear's Natural Rinse should be administered to infants and children in the same way. However, if the infant or child is resistant to this method of application, place the child on his/her back and put two drops of Xlear's natural spray into each nostril.

When to Use our Natural Spray:
